The Multi-Factor Authentication report lists each user in your organisation and the methods which they use to authenticate when they login.
The different MFA states that can appear in this report are as follows:
- Disabled - this is the default state for a new user not enrolled in MFA
- Enabled - the user has been enrolled in MFA but has not yet completed the registration process. They will be prompted to complete it next time they sign in
- Enforced - the user may or may not have completed registration. If they have not, they will be prompted to do so next time they sign in.
The MFA Methods column shows the different ways that they can authenticate, if they are enrolled for MFA.

As with all of the reports, this information can be customized, filtered and scheduled.
