Add, Remove or Re-Order Columns in the Data Table of a Report

You can further customize a report by changing the columns which appear in the data table below the graph of a report.

Once you have modified the data table to suit your needs you can save the report to remember the customizations for next time.  You can also export or schedule this report and all modifications will be reflected in the output.

Add/Remove Columns

To add or remove columns, click the Add/Remove Columns button on the right hand side above the data table.

Select from the available columns by ticking the box next to the columns you want to show.

Sorting Data

You can re-order data in the table by clicking the column heading.  This will sort the data in ascending or descending manner.

 

Re-Ordering Columns

You can Click and Drag a column heading and drop it in in a new location to re-order the columns.
