Administrative Roles

This report shows all of the Administrative Groups you have in your organization, a description of what rights the group has and the name of the member. Typically this report would be used to manage who has elevated rights within your Office 365 Environment and what they can perform.

At the top of the page you will see a bar graph showing the top 5 groups by member numbers, the members can be either a user or another group.

 

The table at the bottom of the report shows each group in detail. You can use the Search bar to locate a specific group or member.

 

The information in this report can be customized, filtered and scheduled just like all of the other reports.
